These Terms & Conditions govern your use of JJ Designs Canada’s website and the purchase of our products. By creating a wholesale account, placing an order, or browsing our site, you agree to the following terms.
1. Wholesale Eligibility
- We are a wholesale-only supplier serving approved retailers in Canada and the United States.
- A valid business number, resale license, or proof of retail operation may be required before an order is processed.
2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices listed are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise noted.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Payment is due at the time of order unless other arrangements have been approved in writing.
- We accept credit cards, e-transfers, or other approved payment methods.
3. Orders & Minimums
- Minimum order requirements may apply.
- Orders are subject to product availability.
- Backorders will be shipped as soon as possible unless otherwise requested.
4. Shipping
- All orders ship from Markham, Ontario.
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated in a promotion.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs clearance.
5. Refund & Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging.
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
